Timed auctions, are sales carried out virtually on the Auction House website and allow access, bids and adjudications through the technological means of the buyer who participates. The online auction is a 24-hour service during the present time period and published on the DAMS Auction House website.
Participation in timed auctions is subject to registration, to be made through the "Login" section and to filling of the appropriate form under "User registration", attaching a valid identification document.
After registration, validated by the system, it will be possible to access from the "Login" to the "My DAMS" section and to the online auction through the personal email and the password set during registration.
Once the system has been accessed, the user can make bids for the real time auction and, throughout its duration, will receive an e-mail notification of any bids made by other users. This will allow the user to intervene directly in the negotiation online in real time.
The offers made by the bidder follow fixed bids within certain brackets set at the discretion of the auction house.
Once the auction is completed, the purchaser, informed of the award by e-mail, will receive all the information necessary in order to proceed with the paymentan of his purchases and subsequently, the withdrawal of the goods. Regarding sales conditions, expressed under the heading "How to Buy", which the participants must read and approve in advance, the auction house commissions of 25%, inclusive of VAT, must be added to the hammer price. Once the payment has been made, the buyer will have to collect the lots purchased at the DAMS srl auction house, Via Aurelia, 61/63 Roma, personally or by courier at his own expense.
Any complaints or communications of withdrawal from the purchase must be communicated in writing by registered letter with return receipt to Casa d'Aste DAMS srl, Via Aurelia, 61/63 00165 Rome. This communication must be sent in advance by e-mail to info@dastedams.it.
